What Is PAAND

Pakistan Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics-PAAND is educational & research center. PAAND grow with the aim to provide quality clincal practices and conduct research to develop nutrition standards for Pakistani Community. PAAND also provide the patient consultation facilities in different regions of Pakistan
Excellent clinical skills are the key components to provide quality nutrition consultation services. PAAND also conduct house job trainings , short training courses as well as webinars to provide maximum clinical skills to the nutrition & dietetics students/graduates/professionals.

In view of research, we conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects where we develop innovations in policies and practices that help people and institutions achieve the best health outcomes through delivery of high quality, patient-centered, safe and efficient health care and public health practices.

I had a wonderful time working under supervision of Sir Imran. He is one of the best persons working in Nutrition. I was continuously encouraged to work harder to become the best version of myself. I have finished 4 months of clinical nutrition training at HND clinic. I have to honestly say, I learnt an incredible amount of knowledge from here. It has given a new direction to my professional life. Sir Imran is such a sincere teacher. It is hard to find teachers like this these days. Sir teaches the detailed medical nutritional therapy of every major disease. Training at HND clinic gives you a good grip on exchange list, diet plans, supplements and so many other things. I completed four months of clinical nutrition training under sir Imran Ali at Surayya Azeem Teaching Hospital. In these four months, every major category under medical nutrition therapy was covered. They were five main highlights of this program which made it stand out from the many other nutrition internship programs in Lahore. In just four months, this program enabled me to develop a much deeper understanding of medical nutrition therapy and enhance my practical patient management skills.
